BCP & DR Plan Rep
[ Stage A]
The business continuity process includes the above stages. The project manager must identify one of the team members as the BCP Plan Rep and the other as the BCP/DR Test Rep as a posture to exhibit no single point of failure in representation.
[Stage B, C] Note the head count distribution data, contractual and dependency vital records and store them in the share point. Update the project plan with the timetable of the BCP plan documentation and testing program timeline. Please refer to (GBC Library: G-107 < Head Count Distribution Vital Record > , L-4 < Reduced Resource Impact Analysis (RRIA) Template > , L-5 < Reduced Resource Impact Analysis (RRIA) Help Aid > ), Update the template including all stages above in PRJ-TP005 (Project plan template in Service Delivery Project Management Methodology).
[Stage D] The business impact analysis (BIA) is important to identify the impact across the attributes referring to (BIA Qualitative Value GBC Library: G-108 < Additional BIA Guidelines for Lighthouse Users > ).
[Stage E] The next action is to decide by referring to the contract if an ICT/DR plan is required. If you are hosting systems, applications then you will require a DR plan also. If not you do not require the DR plan at this stage.
[Stage F] You must undergo a workshop to understand the navigation of Lighthouse and various features to document your plan. (Contact Globalbusinesscontinuity@techmahindra.com for the orientation of the Lighthouse toolkit).
[Stage G] Complete the documentation of plan in Lighthouse (Refer L85 < Lighthouse Screens Reference Hand Book > in Lighthouse GBC Library).

[Stage I] The BCP/Plan Rep hands over the actions for Stage I, K, M,N,O to the Project Manager for necessary accountable actions. The project manager reviews the continuity documentation and , proceeds to sign up the Memorandum of Understanding with Corporate Services providing them the data in templates (Help Aid: GBC Library: L-25 < Memorandum of Understanding Template > , Head count information Vital Record and travelers list maintained in your SharePoint).
[Stage I] Also sign up with the Technical Infrastructure team for System DR upkeep and support with the templates you have already filled up and stored in your SharePoint. [Stage M,N] The Project Managers takes charge to prepare seeking support from the BCP/DR Plan rep to engage with the customer for the Project Roll Up review. Engage with your delivery head for the Plan sign off (Refer help aid GBC Library: L-72 < IBU Head Batch Plan Approval Help Aid > ). Engage with your compliance sign off (Refer help aid GBC Library: L-85 < Lighthouse Screens Reference Handbook > ).
[Stage O] The Project Managers takes charge to prepare seeking support from the BCP/DR Plan rep as an ongoing activity participate in the mechanized call tree tests, customer drills evacuation drills for the location / building. Record learning and risks with mitigation plans in your risk register (Refer [Risk Template: ISG-TP002 on BMS) Follow the Acceptable usage policy (Refer: ISG-PO004 on BMS). [Stage P] The BCP/DR Plan rep as a periodic activity the plan and business impact review must be completed (Refer help aid GBC Library: L-69 < BIA Annual Renewal Help Aid > ) and revisit the cycle to mitigate any gaps identified. The lighthouse system will send an alarm for the same. Acting on the same is important.
