For RFP/Presales support raise a request in Service Now https://helpnxt.techmahindra.com (Category:Presales). Upon submission of request , the requestor receives an unique Service request reference number to track the request progress.
Post submission , the ISG specialist will reach out for the relevant compliance section such as vendor assessment questionnaire, compliance related clauses and relevant security sections in the RFP. Requestors are required to send these details to ISGRFP@techmahindra.com
The ISG Presales support, completes the questionnaires and provides responses to each requirement via email and closes the ticket.
For security services which are billable requirements in the RFP, the CSRM team is responsible for providing a solution and estimate.
