Presales (RFI / RFP)

All customers require validation of their vendors security and privacy compliance and posture prior to outsourcing sensitive systems and data. Based on the supplier’s compliance level, customers empanel them and invite them for large RFP’s. In addition, all customer sign contractually agreements which require ISG review to ensure that proposed requirements can be complied with and the liabilities for data breach or other penalties are fair.

ISG Presales Specialists support sales and presales by stating our compliance to information security and privacy requirements in RFP’s and supporting customer vendors audit requirement for certifications. In addition, ISG presales reviews contracts such as Master Service Agreements (MSA), Data Processing Agreements or Data Transfer Agreements (DPA,DTA), and Non Disclosure Agreements .

Process

For RFP/Presales support raise a request in Service Now https://helpnxt.techmahindra.com (Category:Presales). Upon submission of request , the requestor receives an unique Service request reference number to track the request progress.

Post submission , the ISG specialist will reach out for the relevant compliance section such as vendor assessment questionnaire, compliance related clauses and relevant security sections in the RFP. Requestors are required to send these details to ISGRFP@techmahindra.com

The ISG Presales support, completes the questionnaires and provides responses to each requirement via email and closes the ticket.

For security services which are billable requirements in the RFP, the CSRM team is responsible for providing a solution and estimate.

Customers may request for Certification Certificates. These can be obtained from Certificates - All Documents (techmahindra.com)

Response times for RFP responses is 3 -5 working days for standard requests. Complex requests which include additional certifications, large and complex RFP’s or legal compliance may take longer.
