Central Exception and Service provisioning (CESP Process)
ISG Service Desk helps users raise Exception Requests for exceptions to Tech Mahindra acceptable use and compliance policy for specific business requirements. In addition, it facilitates bulk exceptions for entire projects or accounts using a Clearance House facility. The ServiceDesk also support requests for ISG Service Requests relating to cloud POC/DEMO accounts, security testing, product evaluations, supplier evaluations, presales/RFP support and certifications.
