Presales (RFI / RFP)

Presales is a process or a set of activities normally carried out before & after a customer is acquired. ISG team helps business with MSA/RFI/RFP review, response to client provided security questionnaire, review of indemnity and unlimited liability clause and provide ISG Head approval during Pre-Sales phase. Also provides ISG approval on assigned RISK. In addition to this, ISG team also participates in reviewing MSA, client security policies, Data Privacy document during renewal of projects.

TechM baselined security is aligned with ISO 27001, 27002, 22301 and 27701 standards and NIST cybersecurity framework & SOC2 Type2. All customers are provided with the same baselined standards. TechM also caters to customer specific independent External Audits and Certifications like SOC 1,PCI DSS, ISAE 3402, SSAE 18 which incurs additional cost.

Associate need to raise Servicenow ticket to avail ISG - Pre-sales services.

Raise service request on SERVICENOW - Home Page - Service Portal

SERVICENOW ->Request Something ->ISG -> Presales -> Pre-Sales Response & Document Review

Post submission of the request in Servicenow, requestor to share the relevant details/ questionnaires /documents for review with Service Request Reference number to ISG RFP team (ISGRFP@techmahindra.com).

Request response time:

ISG team will reply with Security related responses within three working days, it may also vary as per volume of document or number of questions.
